Super 8 is an American science fiction adventure film that was based from the plot written and directed by J. J. Abrams. The film was created under the production studios of Bad Robot Productions, and Amblin Entertainment under the distribution of Paramount Pictures.
The plot of the film focused on a small town in Lillian, Ohio where weird things started to happen. Now, it was up to 6 teenagers to investigate what was going on and help try to save their endangered town.
It received mostly positive reviews from the critics and has earned its box office hit by having the total gross revenue of $244,080,617 from the budget of $50 million.
