Charlie St. Cloud is a family romance drama that stars Zac Efron as the lead role. The film was based from the best selling novel of Ben Sherwood entitled The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud. It was directed by Burr Steers under the production of Relativity Media and distribution of Universal Pictures.
The plot of the film centred in a newly high school graduate kid named Charlie St. Cloud who has a passion for bout sailing and has won numerous awards for being a splendid and talented sailor. He was very close to his younger brother Sam. One night, they has an accident which caused the life of his brother. Having too much love for his younger brother, Charlie blamed himself for Sam’s death and was unable to move on. He later discovered that he developed a sixth sense and is able to talk to his younger brother. He then abandons his life to work in the cemetery in order for him to spend more time with his younger brother. His life totally change when weird things started to happen and that lead him to discover what he really wanted in life.
