Finding Nemo is a computer animated film and box office hit that was released last May of 2003. The film was based from the story written and directed by Andrew Stanton. It was produced by Pixar and was distributed by Walt Disney.
The plot of the film centered in a clown fish named Marlin who went against all odds and travelled half away across the world to find his son Nemo who was taken away by snorkelers who caught him.
The animated film received unanimously positive reviews from critics all over the world and garbered several awards including Academy Award for Best Animated feature and was included in the Top 10 greatest American movie ever created. It earned a gross revenue of $867,893,978 worldwide from the budget of $94 million.
The main characters in the film were voiced by Albert Brooks as Marlin, Elizabeth Perkins as Coral, Alexander Gould as Nemo, and Ellen DeGeneres as Dory. Other cast includes Willem Dafoe, Brad Garrett, Allison Janney, Austin Pendleton, Stephen Root, Vicki Lewis, Joe Ranft, Geoffrey Rush, Barry Humphries, Eric Bana, Bruce Spence, Andrew Stanton, Nicholas Bird, Bob Peterson, Jordy Ranft, Erica Beck, Erik Per Sullivan, John Ratzenberger, Bill Hunter, and Rove McManus.
